This 4-room BTO home is shaped by a soft modern minimalism, where clean lines are gently tempered by curves and warm tonal layering. A restrained palette of warm whites and light timber creates continuity, allowing natural light to quietly define each space.

The kitchen is streamlined and deliberate, with integrated storage and subtle lighting that keep surfaces calm and uncluttered. A black-framed glass partition between the kitchen and living area introduces structure and depth while maintaining visual openness across the home.

In the living area, bespoke curved ceiling details and a TV feature wall add dimension while maximising the limited space. Floating cabinetry and built-ins reinforce a sense of lightness, while warm ambient lighting softens the overall composition.

Bathrooms continue this quiet language through tactile tiles, pared-back fixtures, and thoughtful ledges. Both are designed with similar material palettes and detailing to maintain cohesion, yet each carries its own subtle identity through variations in form.

The result is a home that feels consistent and considered, where every space speaks the same language while retaining its individual character.
